Onsite Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Onsite Coordinator to facilitate the smooth integration of a new group of employees into our work environment and local community. This role involves managing recruitment, employment documentation, and onboarding processes, while providing daily support to ensure employees are trained, safe, and engaged.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Haitian Creole and English
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, or employee support roles preferred
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with community resources and local area in Raeford, NC, and Rockingham, NC is beneficial
