Color Control Technician I

We are looking for a Color Control Technician I to maintain the quality and appearance of finished products, working closely with production and quality control teams to meet customer specifications.

Requirements

• Work safely in a fast-paced production environment
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance
• Comply with company processes and procedures
• Perform routine checks of finished products to ensure color quality, uniformity, and accuracy
• Review production samples and make shade corrections as necessary to achieve desired color result
• Create, update, and organize a comprehensive set of standard color samples
• Perform accurate and consistent color matching, ensuring that colors meet company standards
• Maintain detailed records of color formulas, color matching processes, and shade corrections
