Production Planner

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Planner to join our manufacturing team at our Raeford, NC production plant. This is a hands-on role working directly with the manufacturing team to coordinate production schedules, material allocation and inventory levels to efficiently produce and meet customer orders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in production planning within a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of textile processes such as dyeing, yarn processing, and finishing
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records
• Hands-on approach with the ability to work directly with the manufacturing team on the shop floor
