Requirements

• Support daily front and back office operations
• Supervise, train, mentor, and support staff, volunteers, and students
• Monitor adherence to clinical standards, policies, procedures, HIPAA, safety, infection control, and regulatory program requirements
• Coordinate clinical workflows, scheduling, and interdepartmental collaboration
• Oversee equipment inspections, medication inventory, supply management, and quality assurance processes
• Assist with audits, regulatory readiness, and special program compliance
