Job Description
We are seeking an Accountant / Financial Analyst to join our expanding Accounting & Finance department. This hybrid role combines hands-on accounting with forward-looking financial analysis to support the company’s growth, profitability, and automation initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred)
- 3–5+ years of experience in accounting or financial analysis, ideally within insurance, finance, or professional services
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, financial modeling)
- Experience with commission accounting or multi-carrier reconciliations strongly preferred
