Elite is seeking a proactive and highly organized Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our New York City office. This in-person role is critical to maintaining a welcoming and professional environment for employees, executives, and visitors.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in business or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years of experience in in office management, facilities coordination, or a similar administrative role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
