The Senior Director, Pre-Sales Consulting will lead and expand the Pre-Sales Consulting team, ensuring the alignment of technical expertise and product insights with the broader sales organization.
Requirements
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Pre-Sale Consultants
- Develop and implement the pre-sales strategy
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the pre-sales team
- Oversee the development and delivery of compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop strategies and identify growth opportunities
- Work closely with product management and engineering to provide feedback on product development and market needs
- Manage the pre-sales budget and resources effectively
- Recruit, train, and onboard new pre-sales team members
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Continuously evaluate and improve pre-sales processes and methodologies
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
