Job Description
Convergence Health is seeking a seasoned, servant leader to oversee all operations within the operating room suites, including staffing, scheduling, clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and workflow efficiency. The OR Manager is responsible for ensuring safe patient care practices, supporting surgeons and clinical staff, and promoting a collaborative and professional work environment.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Nevada Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain required
- Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required
- Current PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification required
- Minimum 5 years of circulating experience; preferably in multispecialty (ortho, spine, general surgery)
- Previous OR leadership or circulating experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of perioperative standards and regulatory requirements (AORN, CMS, AAAHC/JCAHO)
