Per Diem PACU RN

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Per Diem (PACU) nurse to provide safe, efficient, and effective patient/family focused care for patients from infancy to geriatrics, and across the peri-anesthesia continuum. The ideal candidate will cultivate strong relationships with Providers, and patients, while delivering exceptional, quality, patient-centric care as well as being an integral part of our team.

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted license as an RN in the state of Nevada
• Nursing diploma, associate's or undergraduate degree from an accredited school of professional nursing
• Minimum of two years of ICU or Emergency nursing experience preferred
• Two years' experience in a SDS/PACU environment is preferred
• Flexibility to cover at least 3 shifts per month
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• A patient-focused, team-oriented attitude and a passion for surgical nursing
• Ability to remain calm and critically think/problem solve during urgent, or crisis situations
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable to change
• Ability to lift between 30-50lbs.
• Standing, walking, pulling, pushing
