We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to drive customer engagement, onboarding, and adoption of our proprietary AI technology. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, preferably in Enterprise SaaS, and a strong understanding of AI technologies and concepts.

- Knowledge of AI: Familiarity with artificial intelligence technologies, concepts, and applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
