Associate Director, Alumni Experience

Embry-Riddle is seeking a dynamic Associate Director of Alumni Experience to design and deliver impactful programs and events for more than 160,000 alumni worldwide. This role will collaborate with the Alumni Engagement team to plan and execute signature events, including Homecoming, Lift Off celebrations, reunions, and industry gatherings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3–5 years of event management experience, preferably within a non-profit or higher education setting
• Project management skills
• Financial acumen
• Technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite and database systems such as Salesforce
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a team environment
• Excellent interpersonal and client service skills with a focus on relationship building and engagement
• Familiarity with fundraising and special event processes
