Job Description
As a Project Manager in Elyria, OH, you’ll provide proactive leadership for cross-functional teams, responsible for developing new products. In this role, you will drive project execution by coordinating activities across functions, ensuring clarity of plans and milestones, identifying and mitigating risks early, and facilitating effective communication and alignment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in project management in new product development or technology environments
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent)
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage structured project execution
- Strong communication, organization, and facilitation skills
