Project Manager – Regulatory & Strategic Initiatives

Emerson is seeking a Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide initiatives that span regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, product development, and operational efficiency. The role will manage a portfolio of cross-functional projects involving engineering, quality, legal, compliance, and product management teams.

Requirements

• Project Execution: Develop and execute project plans, align stakeholders, define requirements, and maintain schedules.
• Governance & Change Management: Establish governance standards, manage scope and schedule changes, and ensure project documentation is up to date.
• Performance & Risk Management: Assess project performance, manage risks with mitigation strategies, and document high-level risks.
• Team Leadership & Collaboration: Build team cohesion, foster relationships, and resolve conflicts to achieve consensus.
• Strategic Alignment & Global Perspective: Translate regulatory requirements into actionable plans, monitor developments, and apply global awareness.
• Training & Standards Development: Provide training, promote best practices, and contribute to global project management refinement.
