Requirements

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in electrical / electronics engineering or a related field.
Minimum experience of 7+ years for Bachelor’s OR 5+ years for Master’s degree in field of electronics design.
Strong proficiency in mixed-signal circuit design and PCBA layout.
Experience with test equipment and measurement techniques.
Knowledge of electric and magnetic field theory and its application to high-voltage measurement and safety.
Experience with microcontroller-based embedded systems, including power management and communication interfaces.
Experience with reliability modeling and rugged environmental design for harsh, high-voltage utility environments.
Hands-on experience with rechargeable, battery-powered systems for low-power optimization.
Design experience with mass-produced electronics (PCBs, cable assemblies, sensors, etc.).
