Job Description
Emerus is seeking an Emergency Room Technician/Paramedic to provide technical assistance and patient care within assigned areas. This is a PRN, casual night shift position in a 20-bed small-format hospital, offering competitive pay and referral opportunities. The role involves collecting and reporting clinical data, performing vital signs, and assisting with patient activities.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Completion of Medical Corpsman program and one year of experience (medical/ EMT).
- Completion of an accredited School of Nursing or 1+ years of experience
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS/ALS certification (usually)
- 2+ years of emergency room experience
- 3+ years as an ER Technician or hospital equivalent experience
