Job Description
This PRN position offers opportunities to provide technical assistance and patient care to individuals at Shrewsbury Hospital. The role involves collecting and documenting clinical data, performing lab testing, assisting with patient activities, and ensuring a clean and safe environment. EMAs will assist with various procedures such as wound care, patient safety, and transfers.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Completion of Medical Corpsman program and 1 year of applicable experience (OR)
- Completion of EMT-P course and one year of emergency room experience (OR)
- Completion of EMT-B course and 1+ years of emergency room experience (OR)
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS/ALS certification
- 3+ years of emergency room experience as an ER Technician (OR)
- 3+ years as a CNA with relevant hospital experience (Wisconsin market only) (OR)
- 3+ years as a Certified Anesthesia Tech/OR Tech experience (Wisconsin market only) (OR)
- Fluent in English
