Job Description
Emerus is seeking a Registered Nurse to join their expanding Emergency Room (ER) team in Shrewsbury, Pennsylvania. This PRN/Casual shift position involves providing high-quality patient care within a 20-bed hospital setting, focusing on assessment, planning, direct patient care, documentation, and adherence to hospital policies and regulations. The role emphasizes teamwork, diversity, and equal access to information and development opportunities.
Requirements
- Plan, prioritize, and provide patient care based on advanced clinical nursing knowledge and skills.
- Accurately document patient data on medical records.
- Observe and record patient signs, symptoms, and behaviors.
