Job Description
Emerus is seeking a full-time ER Registered Nurse (ER RN PRN) to assess, plan, direct, and evaluate patient care in the Emergency Room. The role focuses on providing compassionate and comprehensive care to patients in the hospital setting, adhering to federal and state regulations. This position requires proficiency in advanced clinical nursing skills and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Plan, prioritize, and provide proficient, age-specific and developmentally/specialty appropriate nursing care.
- Accurately document patient care activities.
- Follow physician’s orders.
- Collect lab samples.
- Perform and assist with diagnostic/treatment procedures.
- Perform admission, discharge, and transfer procedures.
- Adhere to infection control, isolation procedures and aseptic techniques.
- Fluent in English.
