Job Description
Emerus is seeking a Point-of-Care (POC)/MLT to provide technical assistance and supportive patient care in a 20-bed small-format hospital setting. The role involves collecting and analyzing laboratory specimens, performing quality control, and assisting with patient care tasks. It is a PRN/Casual position requiring collaboration with other clinical departments.
Requirements
- Perform tasks in all areas of the assigned laboratory.
- Collect and process specimens utilizing established protocols.
- Validate and deliver results of tests performed and troubleshoot issues.
