Surveyor | Fraser Valley

Emil Anderson Construction is seeking a motivated Surveyor with a background in civil construction and/or engineering to support the layout and measurement of civil construction projects in the field. The role is based out of the Fraser Valley, with the possibility of travel to out-of-town projects on a rotational schedule.

Requirements

• Experience in the use of Trimble GNSS and Total Station systems
• Successfully completed or working towards a certification in Geomatics
• Have a strong work ethic and work well in a team environment
• Be willing to travel within the province for work
• Natural ability to solve problems, communicate clearly and effectively
• Be flexible and willing to work night shifts if required
• Enjoy working outdoors in a fast-paced and challenging environment
• Valid Canadian driver’s license with a clean driving abstract required
• Physically capable of walking on uneven terrain, climbing slopes, and carrying 20 kilograms
