Job Description
Eminence Home Care is seeking a detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to manage schedules and ensure caregiver quality. The role involves coordinating caregiver assignments, maintaining communication, resolving scheduling conflicts, and using scheduling software. Ailingual Spanish skills are a plus.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Scheduling Coordinator or similar role, ideally in healthcare or home care.
- Strong proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office programs.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle urgent situations.
