Job Description
Eminence Organic Skin Care is seeking a Project Manager Business Analyst to support the delivery of technology and digital transformation projects. The role involves gathering business requirements, managing projects, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. This position requires strong analytical and collaboration skills, with a split between business analysis and project management responsibilities. The project will involve business stakeholders and requires collaboration with various departments. The PM BA will report to the Director of Digital Transformation and work closely with the Information Services Team.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis
- 2+ years of experience in project management
- Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
- Excellent prioritization skills
- Keen sense of flexibility and personal accountability
- Experience with Microsoft Suite of products
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams
