They are seeking a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business, product, and technology, translating user needs into product requirements and supporting the Product Head in shaping new features. The role involves analytical insight, collaboration, and continuous platform optimization.

Requirements

• Analyze user data, customer feedback and market research.
• Develop functional and non-functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with designers, developers and the Head of Product to define and deliver new features.
• Support the prioritization of the product backlog and challenge business requirements.
• Follow up on releases and brainstorm about continuous optimization.
• Help in creating dashboards and reports to monitor product performance.
