Requirements
- Solid background in database marketing, CRM management, or related roles
- HubSpot expertise, particularly in segmentation, workflows, and reporting
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using Google Analytics, SimilarWeb, and other data tools
- Proactive and data-driven approach to identify trends and optimize marketing performance
