Senior Logistics Coordinator

We are Emma – The Sleep Company, a D2C sleep brand, seeking a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our external logistics partners, negotiate SLAs, and drive performance improvements.

Requirements

• Experience managing external logistics partners, either in last-mile delivery networks, 3PL environments, or both.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, you know how to influence without direct authority.
• Highly analytical mindset, you are comfortable running numbers, building cases, and making data-backed decisions.
• Experience negotiating SLAs, performance frameworks, and commercial terms.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, imperfect scale-up environments.
• Structured communicator, clear, direct, and solution-oriented.
