Senior Logistics Manager

Emma, The Sleep Company, is seeking a Senior Logistics Manager to lead performance and strategic development of external logistics partners and drive cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations with strong exposure to carrier and 3PL management
• Strong understanding of logistics networks, trade-offs between cost, service, and scalability
• Ability to manage KPIs, SLAs, and performance discussions with external partners
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing without direct authority
• Analytical and structured, able to translate data into operational and strategic actions
• Partner-facing, confident in both operational topics and performance reviews
