PAYROLL SPECIALIST

The Payroll Specialist is responsible for processing payroll, compiling reports, and coordinating off-cycle payments. The role involves data entry, time keeping, and HR reporting, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. The Payroll Specialist will also be responsible for assisting with governmental and compliance reporting, managing employee files, and creating HR reports.

Requirements

• Strong 10-Key data entry skills required
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• SAP and Kronos knowledge preferred
• 2 years of experience in similar role preferred
• High School diploma or GED required
