Job Description
The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and other assigned spaces within the hotel or resort, ensuring a welcoming, fresh, and comfortable environment for guests.
Requirements
- Cleaning and servicing guest rooms to the highest standards, including bed making, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing.
- Anticipating guest needs and providing personalized services such as extra linens, amenities, or special requests.
- Maintaining and organizing inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities, ensuring proper stock levels.
- Following hotel health and safety procedures for cleaning and sanitation to ensure guest and staff safety.
- Always ensuring confidentiality and respect for guest privacy.
