Job Description
Housekeeping Attendant responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and other assigned spaces within the hotel or resort.
Requirements
- Cleaning and servicing guest rooms to the highest standards
- Anticipating guest needs and providing personalized services
- Ensuring all room areas are thoroughly cleaned, stocked with toiletries, and fixtures are in working order
- Cleaning and maintaining public areas, including hallways, lounges, and restrooms
- Reporting maintenance issues or concerns to management immediately for prompt resolution
- Maintaining and organizing inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities
- Following hotel health and safety procedures for cleaning and sanitation
- Ensuring confidentiality and respect for guest privacy
