Operations Trainer (B-Shift)

The Operations Trainer is responsible for facilitating training for hourly and management support employees, ensuring they receive the necessary training to perform their jobs with proficiency. The trainer will also assist with new hire orientation, equipment specific training, and evaluate plant training to enhance the on-boarding process.

Requirements

• Effectively train new employees in production and classroom environments
• Monitor progress and motivate employees to achieve maximum quality and productivity
• Ensure all employees receive the appropriate training to perform their jobs with above average proficiency
• Correct and retrain employees exhibiting behavior that is contrary to previous training
• Continually look for new and creative ways to deliver quality hands-on training
