Job Description
This production supervisor position is responsible for supervising plant production efforts, ensuring quality, safety, and cleanliness, and supporting research and development activities.
Requirements
- Supervise 2 or more employees
- Maintain accurate and timely personnel records
- Ensure equipment is assembled, disassembled, cleaned properly, and ready for production
- Maintain high standards of safety and plant cleanliness
- Perform daily inspection of all plant conditions and report issues to Production Superintendent
- Perform routine shipping, receiving, and inventory control functions
- Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
