Job Description
Employment Hero is a rapidly scaling company specializing in employment solutions, serving over 300,000 businesses and more than 2 million employees. This Data Services Analyst will handle ad-hoc requests, resolve operational blockers, and train and maintain the AI knowledge base, focusing on data quality, consistency, and efficiency. The role involves reporting, analyzing, and creating reusable assets, and collaborating with other teams.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Experience in data extraction, reporting, or business operations support
- Excellent written communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Comfortable managing multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using AI tools or large language models (preferred)
