Job Description
Employment Hero is seeking a Data & Workflow Automation Analyst to own the end-to-end workflow architecture connecting customer feedback to business action. This role involves designing, building, and maintaining automated workflows across survey platforms (Qualtrics, Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira, Snowflake, etc.) and core stacks (Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira, Slack, Snowflake, dbt, Tableau). The analyst will focus on improving data capture, automation, and reporting to drive measurable action and ensure data quality and compliance.
Requirements
- Strong technical background in workflow automation, integration, or data engineering.
- Strong skillset in SQL & Python.
- Experience with Make, Workato, Tray.io, Airflow, or Zapier for Enterprise and APIs (REST, GraphQL).
- Understanding of CRM, support, and ticketing systems (Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira).
- Experience working with survey or feedback platforms (Qualtrics preferred).
- Basic understanding of LLMs or agentic workflows for classification, summarisation, or auto-response.
