Job Description
The Insurance Manager provides leadership and strategic oversight for Empower Insurance Services (EIS), ensuring operational success, regulatory compliance, and member-service excellence across the insurance services business unit. The role requires full-time, on-site presence at our Empower FCU Insurance offices in Syracuse, New York.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of progressively responsible experience in insurance services
- Property & Casualty (personal and/or commercial lines) experience
- Compliance and regulatory oversight experience
- Client account management and service delivery experience
- Business planning, reporting, or operational improvement initiatives experience
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is highly desired
