Job Description
The Vendor Requirements Analyst I is responsible for documenting vendor file requirements in accordance with Empyrean system standards, working with vendors and internal teams to define requirements, and maintaining development ticket tracking.
Requirements
- Update and review file requirements for material changes
- Coordinate/lead file requirements meetings with insurance vendors
- Document file requirements against Empyrean data model
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand client reporting needs
- Maintain and coordinate development ticket tracking
- Provide regular status of requirements being worked on
