Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to improve the functional abilities of patients in their homes. The role involves providing skilled care, teaching clients and family members, and developing daily living skills, while following physician orders and established plans of care. Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy and licensed as an Occupational Therapist/OT in the state.
• A minimum of one-year experience preferred, Regional Vice President/Director approval may be granted.
• Medicare home health experience preferred.
