Occupational Therapist (OT) - Home Health

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide occupational therapy services to patients with debilitating conditions in their home. The role involves developing daily living skills, basic motor function training, and compensation for loss of function under physician's orders, delivering skilled care and supervised instruction to patients and their families. Requirements

• Graduate of an approved School of Occupational Therapy
• Current State/Regional License as an Occupational Therapist
• One year of experience (preferred), with approval based on prior experience
• Experience in Medicare home health preferred
• CME certification preferred
