The Activities Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and facilitating engaging activities to promote well-being and community among residents, while also ensuring a safe and inclusive environment.

Requirements

• Develop and implement a diverse range of activities, considering the needs and interests of the residents
• Supervise and facilitate activities, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all residents
• Maintain accurate records of activities, resident participation, and any relevant incidents or concerns
• Work collaboratively with shelter staff, volunteers, and external partners to enhance the overall quality of the shelter program
• Demonstrate Exceptional customer service
