Job Description
The Activity Coordinator supports participant engagement, independence, and quality of life within the Rocky Mountain PACE Day Center by planning and facilitating person-centered recreational, therapeutic, and social activities.
Requirements
- Plan, schedule, and facilitate daily group and individual activities
- Design and adapt activity programming to accommodate participants with varying physical, cognitive, emotional, and behavioral health needs
- Promote participant choice, engagement, and independence while fostering a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive Day Center environment
