Job Description
The Assistant Project Manager role assists the Project Manager on assigned projects, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The role supports company safety and improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Assist with schedules, materials, documentation, and general work flow.
- Review and understand client specifications.
- Follow company electronic and hard copy filing systems.
- Perform clerical duties.
- Spreadsheet, database and schedule creation and maintenance.
- Understand and support company/client quality and safety guidelines.
- Navigation and utilization of SAP accounting system (Purchase orders, change orders, labor hours, etc.).
