Workshop Foreman - Cranes & Lifting

EnerMech is seeking a Workshop Foreman to oversee the daily activities of crane refurbishment and repair of offshore pedestal crane components and EOT’s. This role involves hands-on supervision, team coordination, and adherence to safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and a commitment to delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Oversee and coordinate all workshop operations (disassembly, inspection, refurbishment, reassembly).
• Provide hands-on guidance on repairs, hydraulics, and structural components.
• Manage workshop tools, equipment, and consumables.
• Train and mentor workshop technicians.
• Maintain accurate records of work and compliance.
• Ensure accurate documentation of repairs.
• Ensure compliance with client and industry standards.
• Physical fitness to work in demanding work environment and potential travel.
