Workshop Manager - Cranes & Lifting

EnerMech is seeking a Workshop Manager to oversee and coordinate all operations related to the refurbishment and maintenance of offshore pedestal crane components. The role involves managing workshop activities, ensuring compliance, optimizing productivity, and delivering high-quality services. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, leadership capabilities, and a focus on safety and efficiency. This is a key position within a leading engineering services company.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in workshop management, preferably in the oil and gas or heavy machinery sector.
• Expertise in offshore pedestal cranes, including structural components, hydraulic systems, and mechanical assemblies.
• Familiarity with API, ISO, and DNV standards for crane refurbishment.
• Proven experience in managing and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations in the oil and gas sector.
• Good English language skills.
