Senior Mechanical Engineer

EnerSys is a global leader in stored energy solutions for industrial applications. We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to provide technical leadership in the design and development of batteries, chargers, and other complex energy storage systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 10 + years hands on experience developing products and working in engineering production department
• Experience and high proficiency with SolidWorks
• Experience in metal and plastic injection molding
• Battery packaging experience a plus
• Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, materials, and processes
• Experience mentoring and developing engineering team
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong Customer/Client focus, technical capacity and discretion
