Job Description
Enertiv is seeking an experienced Client Success Manager to lead strategic relationships, drive adoption of our platform, and ensure long-term client satisfaction and retention. This role reports directly to the VP of Client Success and can be based remotely within the U.S.
Requirements
- 4+ years in customer success, account management, or other client-facing SaaS roles
- Strong track record of driving retention, adoption, and measurable client value
- Skilled at building relationships with senior and executive stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Benefits
- Base salary $80k
- Bonus OTE $100k
