Job Description
eMed is seeking a Client Success Manager to join their Client Success team. This role focuses on managing enterprise clients, providing exceptional service, and ensuring client success through proactive support, performance monitoring, and strategic guidance. The role requires a strong emphasis on client interaction, collaboration, and delivering value.
Requirements
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned enterprise clients.
- Own the full client lifecycle – onboarding, implementation, performance monitoring, and renewal.
- Coordinate across internal teams to ensure timely execution of client initiatives.
