Job Description
From Day One is seeking a Client Success Manager to manage the relationships with a growing roster of sponsors. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, onboarding clients, ensuring event success, and maintaining high levels of satisfaction and renewals. This is a fully remote position requiring strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Requirements
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the post-sales journey
- Act as primary point of contact and address all client questions and concerns effectively
- Onboard clients, understand their needs, and ensure customers gain value from our product
- Manage all client deliverables and information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Conduct post-event feedback calls to assess areas for improvement and opportunities for upsell/renewal
- Prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
