Job Description
Enfinity Global is looking for a seasoned Legal Counsel to provide expert guidance on complex contractual matters across international renewable energy projects. The role will safeguard the company’s interests and enable successful project execution.
Requirements
- Law degree and admission to practice in a relevant jurisdiction.
- 7+ years of experience in contract law, with a focus on EPC agreements in the energy or infrastructure sector.
- Strong knowledge of renewable energy projects and IPP business models.
- Excellent negotiation and drafting skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, international environment.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
