Legal Counsel (EPC Contracts)

Enfinity Global is looking for a seasoned Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team and provide expert guidance on complex contractual matters across our international renewable energy projects.

Requirements

• Law degree and admission to practice in a relevant jurisdiction.
• 7+ years of experience in contract law, with a focus on EPC agreements in the energy or infrastructure sector.
• Strong knowledge of renewable energy projects and IPP business models.
• Excellent negotiation and drafting skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, international environment.
• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
