We are seeking a Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager to partner with our CCO and Commercial teams to drive efficiency, alignment, and growth across the entire revenue engine. This is a high-impact role that requires strong analytical capabilities, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate strategy into scalable execution.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a similar role in a SaaS, fintech, or scale-up environment
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, GTM processes, and revenue models (MRR, ARR, TCV)
- Experience managing and optimizing CRM and GTM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Highly analytical, with proven ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- A growth mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment
