We’re seeking a Revenue Operations (RevOps) Leader to unify and optimize our go-to-market engine across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field
- 5+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
- Proven success owning a multi-system GTM stack (CRM, marketing automation, BI, attribution, enrichment). Hubspot experience is a plus
- Advanced analytical skills: SQL and BI tools (Looker, Tableau). Excel/Sheets wizardry is a plus
- Track record of turning ambiguous problems into scalable processes and clear metrics
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills—able to influence from IC to C-suite
- Humble, hands-on mindset: comfortable shifting between strategic planning and day-to-day fixes
